Times: Oxford college did not report allegation of rape to regulator

An Oxford college that silenced a student who alleged that she had been raped also failed in its duty to report the incident to the charity regulator.

Lady Margaret Hall, a registered charity, should have made a “serious incident report” to the regulator when the student reported the alleged assault by another undergraduate in her college bedroom.
